Tools required: Phillips Head Screwdriver, Electri Drill, Drill bit 5/16 inches
(8mm), Hammer
CAUTION: Place a piece of cardboard or protective sheet on the floor in order to
avoid scratching the decorative surface of your mantle during assembly.
Please DO NOT fully tighten the KD screws until all panels are assembled.
NOTE: If the KD screw(s) do not fit during assembly, loosen the 2 screws to
adjust the Plastic Connector until the PANEL/KD SCREWS are able to be installed.
Tighten all KD screws once all panels are assembled.
WARNING: DO NOT LOAD ARTICLES mORE THAN 40 LBS (18.2KG) ON THE
CORNER PANEL, WHICH mAY CAUSE PRODUCT DAmAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY.
Step 1: Attach all PLASTIC CONNECTORS [Q] to the parts [E, F, G and H] as shown in
Fig. 1 (2 screws for each PLASTIC CONNECTOR)) See fig.1
NOTE: If the KD SCREWS do not fit during assembly, loosen the 2 screws to
adjust the PLASTIC CONNECTOR until the parts/KD SCREWS can be installed.
Step 2: Attach all WOOD CONNECTORS (L) to the MID FRONT (D) with 6 MEDIUM KD
SCREWS (P) as shown in fig. 2
Step 3: Attach the LEFT FRONT (E) to the LEFT SIDE (G) with 3 MEDIUM KD SCREWS
(P) . Attach the RIGHT FRONT (F) to the RIGHT SIDE (H) with 3 MEDIUM KD SCREWS
(P). See fig. 3
Step 4: Attach the LEFT SIDE (E and G) and RIGHT SIDE (F and H) to the BASE PANEL
(B) using 4 MEDIUM KD SCREWS (P). See Fig. 4
