Troubleshooting
W Box Technologies products are designed to function
trouble-free. Most problems that occur are due to simple issues.
If you have trouble, please check the list of simple fixes below.

Check the switcher is powered on.
Check the cables are qualified and
connected properly.
Check
powered on.
Check wire connections at each
device.
Ensure that the source is turned
on and connected properly.
Verify that there is video from the
source selected. Select another
source if necessary.
Check that the display is switched
to a correct source input mode, for
example switching to HDMI 1 if its
HDMI 1 port is connected.
Check that audio cable is
connected properly.
Check that audio is not muted.
Verify that there is audio from the
source selected. Select another
source if necessary.
