• Use wooden sticks if you want to rotate skewer with
meat around its axis.
Using of grates
1. Install the bottom fixations for skewers to the spit,
Pic. D-5.
2. Put the preliminary prepared fish (chicken legs or
thighs) inside the grates.
3. Install the both grates with fish to the roasting jack.
The spit shall pass through the special holes in grates,
Pic. D-8.
NOTE:
Fish (chicken legs or thighs) shall be completely
defrosted and marinated if required.

1. To warm up already cooked BBQ (poultry, meat,
fish etc.) – put it on the spit (skewers, grates) inside the
device. Drip tray shall be preliminary installed and the
device is plugged in.
2. Close the door, press the button
position; turn on the timer handle

at a half power .
3. In order to switch off the device earlier than the timer
– turn on the timer handle
