Setting-up procedures
Clean the device body with a dry and soft cloth prior the
first use. Wash skewers

with warm water and dishwashing liquid. Carefully dry all
components. Ensure that the device is unplugged prior
assembling or dissembling procedures.
Start a dry run at the full power for 15-20 minutes turning
the timer handle for 15-20 minutes in order to remove
industrial smells. Ventilate the room and allow the device
to cool down.

Operation Procedure, Pic. D
1. Plug in the device at a socket. Open the door and
install the drip tray, Pic. D-1. The lighting is automatically
switched on when the door is opened.
It is prohibited to operate the device without
the drip tray.
2. Close the door, push the button

if the door is not closed in a proper manner.
3. Take in hands the spit with meat/poultry already fixed
on it or skewers with BBQ or grates with fish and first of
all install the lower end of the spit to the lower seat and

4. Close the door, turn the timer handle
clockwise direction in order to select the time of cooking.
The process of cooking starts automatically.
5. Upon expiration of preset time, there will be an
acoustic signal and the device is automatically switched

6. Open the door and take out the Spit with meat/
poultry fish in grates with heat-resistant gloves or special
tweezers. In order to do so - lift slightly the spit and then
pull on the upper part. Remove the skewers one after one
using heat-resistant gloves or oven cloth only. In order to
remove all skewers – use the timer handle to rotate the
roasting jack.
7. Put the spit with meat/poultry/fish to the cutting board,
wait for a while to cool the dish down, loosen the fixations
at the Spit clamps and remove them. Remove the poultry/
meat (fish in grates) from the roasting jack. You may also
use special heat-resistant gloves.
8. Disconnect the device from the power source.
Using of spit
1. Take the spit and install a clamp on it, Pic. D-2-1.
2. Spit the preliminary prepared poultry (meat/fish) to
the spit such that it is located closer to the top part of the
roasting jack, Pic. C-8.
3. Tightly fasten the clamps from the both sides. The
clamps are installed rotationally in the plane of ∟90°
one another, Pic. D-3. All parts of poultry/meat shall
be fixed without hanging. We recommend tying up the
poultry in order to prevent separation of wings/legs while
cooking. You may fix the legs with the clamp and the
wings with toothpicks.
NOTE:
Poultry, meat, fish shall be completely defrosted
and marinated, if required. According to your taste
preferences, to achieve the best taste, we recommend
to add some vegetable oil.
The max weight of poultry is 2 kg.
Using of skewers
1. Install upper and bottom fixations for skewers to the
roasting jack, Pic. D-5.
2. Split the preliminary prepared BBQ (kebab,
sausages, small sausages, knackwursts or vegetables),
Pic. D-6. Install the skewers to the roasting jack.
NOTE:
• In order to achieve the best degree of BBQ doneness,
we recommend splitting the meat in not tight manner
or mixing the meat slices with vegetables. In addition,
we recommend placing fatter and larger slices on the
top.
• We recommend to place skewers with meat a little
closer to the top edge, and leave about 1,5-2 cm free
at the bottom.
