OPERATING THE MACHINE

Plug the Power Cord (4) into a properly grounded electrical
outlet.

Pull the Handle Release Lever (5) UP and lower the Handle (1)
to a comfortable operating position. It is normal for the base of
the machine to lift off of the floor slightly when the handle is
lowered. It will pull itself down against the floor as soon as the
motor is started.

Push the Twist Grip Lock Button (2) IN and turn the Twist Grips
(3) to start the motor. Release the Twist Grips to stop the motor.

Push the machine forward in a straight line, at a slow walking
speed. Overlap each pass about 1 inch (25 mm). Do not use a
back and forth motion when operating this machine.

When using a polishing pad, check every 15 minutes to see if the
pad is loaded up with wax and dirt. If it is, turn the pad over to
expose the clean side, or install a clean pad.
AFTER USING THE MACHINE

Lift the Handle until it locks in the upright position.

Unplug the Power Cord and wrap it around the cord hook and the
right Twist Grip.

Tip the machine back and remove the pad.

Wash the pad in warm soapy water, rinse completely and hang
it up to dry. Do not use the pad again until it is completely dry.
5
Store the machine in a clean, dry place.

FONCTIONNEMENT DE LA MACHINE

Branchez le cordon d'alimentation (4) sur une prise de terre.

Tirez le levier de dégagement de poignée (5) vers le HAUT et
abaissez la poignée (1) afin d'obtenir une position confortable. Il
est normal que la base de la machine se soulève légèrement du
sol lorsque vous abaissez la poignée. La machine se repose sur
le sol d'elle-même dès que vous démarrez le moteur.

Enfoncez le bouton de verrouillage de poignée (2) et tournez les
poignées tournantes (3) pour démarrer le moteur. Libérez les
poignées tournantes pour arrêter le moteur.

Faites progresser la machine en ligne droite vers l'avant à une
vitesse de 4-5 km/heure. Veillez également à ce que les passa-
ges se chevauchent sur une bande de 25 mm environ. Lorsque
vous utilisez cette machine, évitez les mouvements de va-et-
vient.

Lorsque vous utilisez un tampon de polissage, vérifiez toutes les
15 minutes si celui n'est pas recouvert de cire et de poussières.
Si tel est le cas, retournez-le de manière à utiliser la face propre
ou installez un nouveau tampon.
APRÈS UTILISATION DE LA MACHINE

Soulevez la poignée jusqu'à ce qu'elle se bloque en position
verticale.

Débranchez le cordon d'alimentation et enroulez-le autour du
crochet et de la poignée tournante de droite.

Inclinez la machine en arrière et enlevez le tampon.
4
Lavez le tampon dans une eau savonneuse chaude, rincez-le
convenablement et mettez-le sécher. N'utilisez pas le tampon
tant qu'il n'est pas complètement sec.
5
Rangez la machine dans un endroit sec et propre.
