4. Mount the Center Brackets loosely in place, with the passenger bracket on top of the driver bracket, and both brackets under
the OEM bracket (see photo below)
a. Join the two brackets with a ¼-20 x ¾" hex bolt, washer and locknut through the top hole. Leave enough room to slide
the two visor halves in between the center brackets during assembly. Leave the remaining visor mounting holes empty
until the visor halves are put in place.
b. Using ¼-20 x ¾" hex bolts, washers and locknuts, bolt the Center Brackets to the OEM bracket.
c. Apply silicone into the top nutsert for OEM bracket, then replace OEM bolt through the top hole of each bracket into
roof-nut.
5. Set the visor halves on the truck with the horizontal flange of MBDU/MBPU under the corresponding OEM brackets
a. Fasten the ¼-20 bolts with washers and locknuts through each bracket.
b. Apply silicone into the top nutsert for OEM brackets, then replace OEM bolt through the top hole of each brackets into
roof-nut.
6. Fasten the out visor halves to the OBD/OBP with a pan head bolt, washer, and locknut at each side.
7. Confirm alignment of visor, and tighten all bolts securely.
Do not over tighten hardware, as it may cause the nutserts to spin (max 96 in-lb)
8. Peel plastic from visor and clean with glass cleaner, if necessary.
