INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Assemble the visor.
a. Remove plastic from the top and bottom hemmed-over edges and center bends. The only remaining plastic should be
on the visor faces.
b. Loosely attach brackets to the slide-lock brackets using the supplied ¼-20 carriage bolts, washers and locknuts (see
bracket pic below)
c. Apply a generous amount of silicone to the face of the bracket assemblies and slide into the notches of the visor halves
(see below). Spread brackets out as far as they'll go and tighten. Clean up any remaining silicone.
2. Remove top OEM bolt from each of the OEM brackets on roof
3. Mount the outer visor brackets (OBP/OBD) to the truck, by placing OBD/OBP on top of the corresponding OEM brackets.
a. Fastening ¼-20 bolts with washers and locknuts through the horizontal flange on each.
b. Apply silicone into the top nutsert for OEM brackets, then replace OEM bolt through the top hole of OBD/OBP brackets
into roof-nut.

- Page 2 4. Mount the Center Brackets loosely in place, with the passenger bracket on top of the driver bracket, and both brackets under the OEM bracket (see photo below) a. Join the two brackets with a ¼-20 x ¾” hex bolt, washer and locknut through the top hole. Leave enough room to slide the two visor halves in between the center brackets during assembly.

- Page 4 4. Installez les supports centraux en place, en plaçant le support côté passage par-dessus le support côté conducteur, et les deux supports sous le support OEM (voir l’image ci-dessous) a. Joignez les deux supports avec un boulon hex ¼-20 x ¾”, une rondelle et un contre-écrou dans le trou du haut. Laissez suffisamment d’espace pour glisser les deux moitiés de pare-soleil entre les supports centraux durant l’assemblage.

- Page 6 4. Monte el soporte central flojamente en su lugar, con el soporte del pasajero arriba del soporte del piloto, y ambos soportes abajo del soporte OEM (vea la foto abajo). a. Junte los dos soportes con un tornillo hexagonal ¼-20 x ¾” , arandela y tuerca por el agujero superior. Deje suficiente espacio para deslizar las dos mitades de visera entre los soportes centrales durante el ensamblaje.
