OPERATiON
WARNiNG:
To reduce the risk of serious personal injuries, read and follow
all important safety warning and instructions before using this tool.
WARNiNG:
Always check the manufacturer's maximum pressure rating for
objects being inflated before using your inflator. Too much air pressure results in a
risk of bursting.
SWITCH ACTION
CAUTiON
: Before insertion of battery pack, always be sure that the tool is
switched off.
• To turn the inflator on, slide the Lock-Off switch down to "UNLOCK" position. Press on either side
of the ON/OFF switch.
• To turn it off, release the ON/OFF switch. Slide the Lock-Off switch up to "LOCK" position.
USE YOUR INFLATOR
WARNiNG:
Read and understand safety and operating instructions of
designated battery and charger before using this tool. This manual contains
important safety and operating instruction for battery charger.
WARNiNG:
Always disconnect battery pack from tool and place the switch
on "OFF" position before any assembly, adjustments or changing of accessories.
To operate the inflator:
1. Remove the air hose which contains the universal valve adaptor and pressure gauge from the hose
holder on the inflator.
2. Loosen the Hand Nut by turning it counter clockwise. Insert the hose fitting (the end with threads) into
the Hand Nut as far as it will go, and then tighten the Hand Nut by turning clockwise. (See FIG 2)
3. Position the lever of the valve adaptor straight up.
4. Push the valve adaptor down over the threaded section of valve stem of the object being inflated or
one of accessory nozzles provided with the inflator.
5. When the adaptor is down all the way over the threads, press the adaptor lever down to lock it in place.
6. Make sure the valve adaptor lever is firmly locked down in place.
7. If using one of accessory nozzles provided, connect the accessory nozzle into the object being inflated.
8. Turn on the inflator and start inflating.
The raft or needle nozzle can be placed directly into the inflator Hand Nut by following the above steps 2, 7
and 8. (See FIG 3)
WARNiNG:
Do not leave inflator running unattended, It could burst the
objects being inflated.
