To lock the settings: After
setting desired airflow and tem-
perature, follow these steps.
1) Press both blue buttons on
left side for 5 seconds. See bar
above temperature in LCD.
Preprogrammed heat-airflow settings:
To move to each program (1-5), press the
P button. The program number will show at
top of the LCD readout and the heat gun will
adjust to the new settings.

To program new settings: Whenever you adjust the temperature or airflow, a bar will appear
in the LCD for a few seconds. While this bar is showing, save the new settings to the current
Program by pressing the bent arrow button. Caution: The old settings will be permanently
replaced by the new. Note: If you press the bent arrow when the bar is NOT showing in the
display, the temperature readout will switch between Fahrenheit/Celsius (see above).

2) Press both red buttons.
See second bar above the
temperature readout on the
LCD. Don't wait 5 seconds;
go immediately to third
step.

To change between Fahrenheit and Celsius:
Press the bent arrow for 5 seconds. Caution:
This button has 2 functions. If you press it too
quickly after changing temperature or airflow, it
will act in its Save mode (see below).

3) Press both blue buttons
again. See bars have dis-
appeared and icon is locked.
To unlock, repeat the three
steps (l-e-f-t, right, left). The
icon will then show unlocked.
