Question/Problem - Cause
Cause
The vacuum cleaner does not start:
• No supply voltage;
• The safety switch is not pressed;
• Faulty ON/OFF switch;
• Faulty electric motor;
Low suction power:
• HEPA filter is dirty;
• HEPA filter is completely dirty;
The warranty for this product is in accordance with the law
in force from the date of purchase. You should, therefore,
keep your proof of purchase during this period. The
warranty covers any manufacturing defect in material or
operation, as well as parts and work needed for their
repairing.
Excluded from the warranty are the misuse of the product,
any repairs carried out by unauthorized individuals (outside
the service center of the brand VITO) as well as any damage
caused by its use.
Solution
• Check the power cord, plug and socket;
• Install and tighten the HEPA filter;
• Call brand's technical assistance;
• Call brand's technical assistance;
• Press the dust shaking switch;
• Clean the filter according to the maintenance
instructions;
