For surface flanges (610GCFFCVR series), apply a 1/4 inch (6.3 mm) thick continuous bead of electrical grade type
RTV silicone sealant around the perimeter on the underside of the cover flange [1]. Attach cover flange [1] to
floorbox top mounting plate using jack screws [2], see FIGURE A. To adjust cover flange height, turn jack screws
counterclockwise to raise or clockwise to lower. Sequentially turn four jack screws as needed for proper leveling of
flange to floor. The jack screws have a 1-inch maximum adjustment. Torque screws to 12-15 in-lbs of torque (1.3 -
1.7 N m). DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
10.
For multi-service applications, attach the cover partition [4] to the furniture feed cover [3] as shown in FIGURE B
using the supplied screws [5]. Tighten screws [5] to 6-8 in-lbs (0.7-0.9 N m). Cover partition [4] is provided with
divider kit CFB6FFDIVKIT, or CFB10FFDIVKIT (purchased separately). Cover partition [4] is not required for single
service applications.

Type 610GCFFCVR and 610GTFFCVR series furniture feed covers are supplied with 3/4 inch closure plugs [6], 1 inch to
3/4 inch reducer [7] and 2 inch closure plugs [8], see FIGURE C. Openings must always be plugged when not in use. If
installation requires closure plugs [6] and/or [8], tighten plugs into threaded hole, and apply electrical type RTV
silicone sealant to ensure water tightness. If installation requires screw-in connector fittings (not supplied), tighten
screw-in connector fittings into threaded hole and apply electrical type RTV silicone sealant to ensure water
tightness. If used, apply electrical type RTV silicone sealant to 1 inch to 3/4 inch reducer [7] ensure water tightness.

Install liquid tight conduit as required to screw-in connector fittings on main cover [9].
15.
Fasten main cover [9] to cover flange [1], FIGURE C, using supplied screws [11] and torque to 6-8 in-lbs (0.7-0.9 N m).
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Coat screws with electrical type of RTV silicone sealant to ensure water tightness.
16.
For secondary cover [10], remove 4 screws [11]. Feed wires through the secondary compartment side.
17.
Install liquid tight conduit as required to screw-in connector fittings on secondary cover [10].
18.
