Strainer Screen and/or Exhaust

Worn or broken Vanes
Worn or broken Cylinder and/or
scored End Plates
Dirty motor parts
Incorrect assembly of motor
Worn or broken Front or Rear
Rotor Bearing
Worn or broken gear teeth
Worn Valve Seat or Valve Seat
Washer
Worn Throttle Valve Seal
Oil Chamber Plug worn or not
tight
Insufficient grease
Worn or damaged parts
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT DESTROY.
Using a clean, suitable, cleaning solution in a
well–ventilated area, clean the Air Strainer
Screen, Inlet Bushing and Exhaust Silencer.
Allow to air dry.
Replace complete set of Vanes.
Examine Cylinder and replace it if it is worn or
broken or if bore is scored or wavy. Replace End
Plates if they are low power scored.
Disassemble the tool and clean all parts with a
clean, suitable, cleaning solution, in a well–venti-
lated area. Reassemble the tool as instructed in
this manual.
Disassemble motor, replace worn or broken parts
and reassemble as instructed.
Examine each bearing. Replace if worn or
damaged.
Check for worn or broken Bevel Gear. If replace-
ment is necessary, install both the Bevel Gear and
Pinion. They are a matched set and must not be
mismatched.
Replace worn parts.
Replace Seal.
Tighten the Plug. If the problem persists, replace
the Plug.
Clean and inspect the Piston Housing, gearing,
and parts and lubricate as instructed in
LUBRICATION.
Clean and inspect the Piston Housing and gearing.
Replace worn or broken components.
