Safety Notes for the battery, the power supply unit and the charger
Only use the battery and the charger included in delivery with the air pump.
Keep the battery away from metal objects such as paper clips, coins, keys,
nails and the likes, which might short-circuit the terminals.
Upon incorrect use, liquid may leak from the battery. Avoid contact with this
liquid. Wash the skin with water. If the eyes are contaminated, consult a
physician immediately.
A defective or worn battery must be disposed of in accordance with the
relevant regulations.
Do not submerge the battery in water or burn it. There is a danger of
explosion!
Immediately replace a defective battery (i.e. defective case).
The power supply unit is specially designed for use with this unit. Do not
attempt to charge/use with other units. Do not attempt to charge the unit
with other types of charger.
Only plug the battery charger to 230 V mains power.
If the battery charger is not in use, unplug it from power mains. Also unplug
while cleaning or maintaining the charger or power supply unit.
Only charge, operate and store the battery at an ambient temperature
between 10º C and 40º C.
Protect battery and battery charger from humidity. Do not operate the
battery charger outdoors.
Take special care of the battery. Avoid dropping it onto any hard surface
and do not subject it to pressure or any other form of mechanical stress.
Keep the battery away from extreme heat and cold.
Do not open or attempt to repair the battery or the battery charger. If any
parts are damaged, have them repaired by a qualified technician or contact
our customer service.
