Freezer cassette can not be closed when
the skin cooler is in it.
Cause 1:The skin cooler has to be frozen without

the protective sleeve.
Remove the protective sleeve before putting the
skin cooler in the freezer cassette and freeze it
afterwards.

Problems regarding putting on/taking off
the epilating head.
Cause 1:The epilating head can not be taken off.

Take a look on the arrow on the epilating head
and slide it off the appliance in its direction.

Reduced shaving performance (type
HP6459, HP6455 only)
Cause 1:The shaving head is polluted

a) Remove the foil.
b) Remove the cutter unit..
c) Rinse both parts under a running tap.
Never rinse the appliance itself with water.
Take care that no hairs got stuck under the
trimmer.
