Skin irritation occurs
Cause 1:You epilate the first time or have not

After the first few times of epilation skin irritation
after epilation is normal and should disappear
soon. If the skin irritation has not disappeared
within three days, we advise you to consult a
doctor.
Add some mild cream without alcohol to calm
the skin after the epilation.
Keep the epilating head clean.

The skin cooler is not cool enough
Cause 1:The skin cooler was not cooled long

Make sure that the skin cooler is stored in the
freezing compartment for at least 6 hours.
Cause 2:The skin cooler was not cooled in a

freezing compartment.
Make sure that the skin cooler is freezed in a
freezing compartment (***) for at least 6 hours
and not in a refrigerator.
