Do not disassemble and do not change the design of the press grill.
Do not lift the upper griddle plate by a sharp jerk or install on uneven surface.
Disassembly and changes in design may cause serious accidents.

Before cleaning, turn off the press grill and turn off the power supply.
Do not spray water directly on the equipment.

5. Operating instruction
Before using the contact grill, check the power supply value to make sure the voltage is
as specified.
Plug and turn on the power supply.
Turn the temperature controller in a clockwise direction to set the desired temperature.
A yellow light will turn on and show that the filament heater has started heating and the
temperature of the upper and lower plate has started rising.
The temperature can be adjusted according to different kinds of products, preferably
180℃~250℃. When the power is switched on, it takes about 8 minutes to raise the
temperature up to 250℃ .
When the temperature reaches 250℃, lift the upper griddle plate with the working
handle. Pour the cooking oil into the lower griddle plate and place the products on it. Close the
grill and press lightly on the handle. Keep an eye on your food while it is cooking.
When the temperature reaches the set degree, the temperature controller can
automatically turn off the power supply. At the same time, the yellow indicator turns off and the
green indicator turns on. It indicates that the electric heating tube will stop working at the next
turn.
