2. Hooking up the components
The plug-in transformer for the receiver is only
suitable for operation with 230 volts / 50 Hz.
This plug-in transformer may only be used in dry
rooms. After the plug-in transformer has been
plugged into the wall outlet and the on/off switch
has been switched on, the receiver is ready to be
used. (Function indicator: glowing LED)

A connecting cable with a Euro connector is inclu-
ded with the video receiver. This connection is
present on many current video recorders and tele-
visions in Europe. If your television set or your
video recorder has another type of connection
socket, ask your television dealer about suitable
connection cables from the Euro connection to the
system present on your television.
