**Other specifications depend fully on the wheelchair on which the seating system is fitted.

9 Warranty

Keizer, being the manufacturer of the Nuage PLS seating system, issues a 1-year warranty for the seat
and backrest shells and assembly set. Keizer also issues a 1-year warranty for the quality of the stitching
of contour cushions and terry cloth covers. Warranty claims will be accepted only in the event of a
manufacturing fault. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, carelessness, or an
accident. The warranty is valid only in Europe.
Defects must be reported to the supplier or Keizer within two weeks.
Notwithstanding the rights and obligations of Keizer, the customer and user, as specified in Keizer's
general terms and conditions of sale, the rights of the customer and/or user towards Keizer shall in case
of defects be limited to the above warranty.
