Wall-mounting
The charging base can be placed on a flat surface (Fig. 1) or mounted vertically against a
wall (Fig. 2).

To mount the charging base on a wall:
1. Find a location within 160 cm of an electrical outlet. If the base is at a lesser distance,
wrap any excess cord around the back of the base then pass the power cord through
the slot provided.
Note: Do not use an electrical outlet controlled by a switch.
2. Place the base against the wall in the desired location and make a mark in the centre
of each hole using a pencil, ensuring they are correctly aligned. The distance between
each hole is 12 cm.
3. Drill a hole in the centre of the first pencil mark. Place a wall plug in the hole and insert
a screw allowing its head to protrude slightly.
4. Drill the second hole, install the second wall plug and tighten the second screw.
5. Tighten the two screws so that the base is securely attached to the wall.
Charging the vacuum cleaner
Before first use, the battery must be charged for 10 hours.
Notes:
• The appliance may heat up slightly during charging and use. This is normal.
• Your appliance is equipped with a battery that is not sensitive to the "memory effect": you
can therefore recharge this battery without having to discharge it first.
