The above-mentioned points can significantly interfere with the radio transmission or limit the
range.
Select a location for the camera that is not shielded, for example, by rein-
forced concrete walls, silvered mirrors or metal shelves. There should be no
devices that generate strong electrical fields, such as mobile telephones,
radios or electrical motors, close to the device.
Do not point the camera directly toward a source of bright sunlight or
towards strong or indirect illumination as this may lead to overexposure
and a fuzzy picture.
The camera and the power supply unit provided are only intended for use in
dry indoor locations.
There is a fold-out stand on the rear of the camera to provide secure support.
Connecting the Radio Camera
We recommend the camera's integrated battery is charged for 8-10 hours
before start-up, to ensure the optimal utilisation of the battery's capacity.
Switching the Camera and the Monitor On and Off
The camera can be switched on by pressing the "ON/OFF" button
As soon as the camera has been switched on, the "POWER" LED (4) will light up.
The camera can be switched off in the same way.
Connection Search (Pairing)
To search for a connection, follow the operating instructions for your receiver.
Description of the "Battery" LED (2)
We recommend that the camera's integrated battery is charged for 8-10 hours
before start-up, to ensure an optimal utilisation of the battery's capacity.
The "Battery" LED (2) always indicates the charge state of the camera's internal battery.
When the "Battery" LED (2) starts flashing red, it is necessary to recharge the battery (the cam-
era will operate for 3 more minutes after the red LED lights). Connect the power supply unit to
the camera.
The "Battery" LED (2) flashes green while the camera battery recharges.
The "Battery" LED (2) goes out when the battery is fully charged.
Normal operation between the receiver/monitor and camera is possible during charging.
Disconnect the camera from the power supply unit after the charging process is finished.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Before cleaning the housing of the surveillance camera, separate it from the mains voltage and
disconnect the power unit from the mains socket.
To clean the outside of the camera, it is sufficient to use a dry, soft and clean cloth.
Clean the lens very carefully, otherwise you may scratch it. Do not use any aggressive cleaning
agents.

Disposal of flat batteries/rechargeable batteries
As the end user, you are legally obliged (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries and
rechargeable batteries; it is prohibited to dispose of them in the household waste.
Contaminated batteries/rechargeable batteries are labelled with these symbols to
indicate that disposal in the domestic waste is forbidden. The designations for the
heavy metals involved are: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead.
Used batteries, rechargeable batteries as well as coin cells can be returned to col-
lection points in your municipality, our stores or wherever batteries/rechargeable
batteries/coin cells are sold!
You thus fulfil the legal requirements and make your contribution to protecting the environment!
