On these models, the defrosting is manual.
Unplug the cabinet.
Remove the outlet stopper; place a container underneath and wait for the ice to thaw. (DO NOT USE HOT WATER)

5. Maintenance
Keep the cabinet clean and avoid dust or other materials accumulating in the ventilation grilles.
The maintenance operations must be done by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazard.
6. Replacing the lights (When applicable)
Led strip. The power of the illumination is 12 W/m. Power 12 V DC.

7. Breakdowns
7.1 – The appliance is not working
Check whether there has not been a power cut.
Check whether the plug is energized.
7.2- The appliance is working but only becomes slightly cold
Check the thermostat programming.
Check whether the fan is working.
Check if there is any ice accumulation at the evaporator.
Check whether the door is properly closed.
7.3- Water appears at the bottom of the refrigerator
Check whether the emptying outlet is blocked or whether the emptying tube is not pointing towards the evaporation tank in the
compressor department.
Check whether the cabinet is level.
7.4 – The supplier cable is damaged
If the supply cord is damaged gets damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
7.5 – High Temperature Alarm (HI)
Check if there is any ice accumulation at the evaporator.
Check whether the fan is working .
Check whether the door was open for a long period of time.
7.6 – Low Temperature Alarm (LO)
Check the thermostat programming
7.7 – The lighting doesn't work
Check the lamp switch in the thermostat, turn it on and off.
If the problem continues consult a technician.
If, after making these checks, the anomaly remains, you should ask your retailer for assistance or contact our technical department
directly.
In the latter case, you should indicate:
The nature of the failure, the number and type of the appliance and the purchase date (certificate of warranty).
The number and type of appliance is to be found on a plate situated inside the appliance, in the right-hand side part.
