• Check the oil level that when the pump is not running must be visible on the transparent tank (A), or on the transpar-
ent oil level cap (depending on the pump model). If necessary, top up with SAE 20W/40 oil.
• Check the air pressure in the accumulator (b) with an appropriate pressure gauge. If necessary restore the pressure
to a value of between 5:7 bar at the beginning of each treatment.
• Check the pipe fittings and the circuits of suction and delivery of the pump which incorporates the pump to avoid
bottlenecks, the intake of air and fluid leaks.
• Check that all the ball valves that may be present on the pump or on the distributor are closed.
• Check before operating the pump that the pressure adjustment knob is turned fully counter-clockwise and that the
pressure distributor switching lever is in by-pass position.
Ensure that the moving parts are adequately protected.
• Where the machine is being used in cold temperatures, ensure that there is no ice inside the pump and in the ducts
by manually turning the eccentric shaft of the pump.
