Using other headsets
It is possible to use different types of headset, but we recommend the use of headsets with 32 Ohms impedance. It
is also possible to use magnetic headsets for use with hearing aids in T mode.
Troubleshooting
No contact with the other unit

Check that the batteries are charged.

Check that the unit is registered, if necessary repeat the registration procedure, see Registration.

Check that the units are within their range.

Check that Bluetooth is activated on the other unit (mobile phone).

Check that the unit you are using with the receiver supports the headset profile, audio profile and/or handsfree
profile.
Poor sound quality in the receiver when using with the transmitter

Check the volume control/tone control on the receiver and the volume control on the other unit.

Check that nothing is blocking the signal between transmitter and receiver.
Low/high volume in the receiver when used with a telephone

Check the volume control on the receiver and the volume control on the other unit.

The level of incoming and outgoing sound can vary depending on with which type of telephone the headset is
being used.
The other party complains of low volume

Ensure the receiver's microphone is free and is not covered by clothing, dirt or similar.
No ringer in receiver

When used with certain mobile phones, no ringing is audible in the headset.
-
With certain mobile phones the Bluetooth link is disconnected when the headset has not been used for a while.
If HearPlus 325a still does not work in spite of the measures detailed above, please contact the place of purchase
for service. Don't forget the receipt or a copy of the invoice.
