Clietning the plitncht:
Hot cleaning should be done after the 4 areas of the plancha have been cut.
It is advisable to wait a few minutes for the surface temperature to drop below 200 °C.
Pour water or ice cubes on the still hot surface to allow the fat to loosen.
Use the spatula provided to scrape the fat, slide it into the fat collection tray.
Then simply wipe off with a sponge or absorbent paper.
