BLENDING FRUIT AND VEGETABLE:
Before attaching the power cord into the outlet, make sure the speed selector is in the "OFF"
position.
Peel the fruit or vegetables and then cut them into small dices, and put them into the jug. Usually a
certain amount of purified water has to be added to facilitate the smooth running of the appliance.
The proportion of the food and water is 2:3.The amount of mixture should not exceed the max
level as indicated on the jug.
Note: never use boiling liquids or run the appliance empty. The jug can be used for breaking up
ice.
Replace the lid on the jug. Only directly place the lid into the jug.
Turn the speed selector to the desired setting, there are seven settings: P, OFF, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. The
1 setting is the lowest speed, the 5 setting is the highest speed. Turn switch to P position and hold
it to "pulse" in order to activate the motor for delicate chopping. Release it to return the "OFF"
position.
You may add ingredients into the jug through the center opening of jug lid during operation, then
replace it. Use it as a measuring cup if necessary. Let the tab of Measuring Cup align with the
groove on the jug lid, push down and turn counter-clockwise until it is locked.
The consecutive operation time shall not exceed 3 minutes. And only wait until the unit is cooled to
room temperature before using the appliance again.
Turn the Speed control knob to the "OFF" position once the mixture has been blended to your
desired consistency.
Remove the jug base with jug from the Motor Unit (only remove it by lifting handle directly),
carefully take off the jug lid, then pour and serve.
CARE AND CLEANING
The Auto Clean feature can clean the juicer and blade assembly easily and rapidly, in complete
safety.
 Pour a little warm soapy water into the jug and turn the Speed Selector to the "P" position for a
few seconds.
 Remove the jug from the jug base by turn the jug counter-clockwise and rinse the jug, jug base
and blade under running water.
 Wipe the outer surface of Motor Unit with a damp cloth, do not use abrasive cleaners. Never
immerse in water for cleaning.
 Dry all parts and then replace them.
 For complete cleaning, you can put jug lid, Measuring Cup, jug, blade assembly and jug base
into the Dishwasher for cleaning, they are dishwasher safe components, but the temp setting
shall not exceed 70℃.
 If any problem has been encountered during use never disassemble the Motor Base by
yourself. Contact only the authorized service facility for examination and repair.
