Can the solar panel charge small devices, like smartphones or tablets?
A:
Nope, there is no charging port for small devices with a 110W solar panel.
Q:
What will cause a slow panel charging rate?
A:
The output power of solar panels is affected by several factors. The main factors
include climatic conditions, angle of light, and objects blocking light from
reaching the panel.
Warning:
Please avoid allowing external forces to squeeze or compress the solar panel, such
as heavy objects. This may damage the panel cells and cause the lower to drop.
Q:
How to clean the solar panel surface?
A:
Dust and dirt on the surface should first be removed using a soft cloth. Use a
damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining
dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as
possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.
Q:
Are the foldable solar modules waterproof?
A:
the waterproof level of this product is IP67. To maximize the service life of the
product, please keep the product from getting wet.
Warranty Terms
The product has a limited warranty service for 24 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers problems arising due to manufacturing defects and quality
issues.
However, the following issues are not covered by the warranty:
Normal wear and tear
Normal damage
Damage caused by customer abuse or actions in violation of the safety label.
Accidental damage caused by the customer.
