INSTALL ASSEMBLED CAB ON SNOW THROWER
INSTALL THE UPPER MOUNTING POSTS ON LOWER MOUNTING POSTS (FIG . 9)
21. From inside the cab, grab each side of the frame from side mounting posts [B1 and B2] and lift cab onto lower mounting posts [L]
(already installed on snow thrower) making sure that upper mounting posts [K] and lower mounting posts [L] are aligned (Fig. 9). If
upper mounting posts [K] and lower mounting posts [L] are not aligned, make necessary adjustments.
22. Tighten knobs on both lower mounting posts [L] until cab is securely mounted. (Fig. 9 Inset)
23. Fully tighten the nylock nuts [P] onto the U-bolts [O].
Note: It may be necessary to
loosen knobs on lower mounting
posts [k] in order to slide upper
mounting posts [J] into position.
Be sure to tighten both knobs
after positioning.
FINE TUNE THE PLACEMENT OF THE CAB ON SNOW THROWER
AND SECURE
24. Adjust the cab so it is centered over the controls
and the angle of the mounting bar ends are parallel
to the ground by loosening the upper mounting post
adjustment nut and/or the set screw and readjusting.
(Fig. 10) Fully tighten all nuts and screws when complete.
CAutION: No part of the fabric
cab skin should touch the engine
or exhaust system of your snow
thrower.
