PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
6. Stop the operation by moving the selector (7) to "OFF" (appliance off )
7. Push the coil to the right to unlock it (Fig. F13).
Cut the thread and remove the full coil.

Operate with the appliance off, disconnected electrically and
without batteries.
Threading must be carried out after winding the thread on the coil (see
previous paragraph)
1. Install the spool on the spool holder (15).
2. Pull the thread by passing it behind the coil winding tension disc (2)
(Fig. F14).
3. Pass the thread through the groove (X) (Fig. F15).
4. Pull the thread from the bottom upwards and pass it through the eyelet of the clamp
(22) (Fig. F16).
5. Pull the wire from top to bottom (Fig. F17).
6. Pass the thread through the needle clamp (35) and lift the needle by turning the
handwheel anticlockwise (Fig. F18).
7. Thread the threader (28) into the eyelet of the needle, then thread the thread and
then remove the threader (Fig. F19).
8. Pass the thread under the foot (13) as shown in figure "X" and pull it towards the back
of the appliance (Fig. F20).

Operate with the appliance off, disconnected electrically and
without batteries.
1. Raise the foot as explained above and hold the upper thread between your fingers
by pulling it out approximately 10 cm (Fig. F21).
2. Remove the transparent cover (36) (Fig. F22).
3. Insert the full coil into the appropriate compartment (Fig. F23).
4. Remove the bobbin thread by approximately 10 cm (Fig. F24).
