Question/Problem - Cause
Cause
The vacuum/blower does not start:
• The power cord is unplugged or damaged;
• "ON/OFF" switch contacts are not in good condition,
or it does not work;
• Rotor or stator windings are damaged;
• Short-circuited rotor windings;
The
engine
makes
intermittently or runs slowly:
• "ON/OFF" switch contacts are damaged;
• Mechanical parts are blocked/clogged;
• The vacuum/blower is running over excessive
pressure, overloaded motor;
• Carbon brushes are worn out;
The "ON/OFF" switch is locked:
• The "ON/OFF" switch lock-on knob is engaged;
Body overheats:
• Overloaded machine;
• Incorrect housing or parts assembly inside the
vacuum/blower;
• Faulty power supply;

• Plug in or repair the power cord;
• Repair or replace the switch;
