Your vacuum/blower should only be serviced by the
manufacturer's internal service personnel, or other
qualified personnel, replacing any necessary parts with
original parts sourced directly from the manufacturer.
1. Fit the tube (1) into the air outlet (2);
2. Turn the tube clockwise to secure.
Never attach or replace the tube when the vacuum/blower
is running.
1. Place the tube (1) into the air inlet (5);
2. Turn the tube clockwise to secure.
3. Fit the dust bag into the air outlet (2);
4. Turn the dust bag clockwise to secure.
Always empty the dust bag after you have finished
your job. Open the bag's zipper to remove any dust.
When working with the vacuum/blower, you should
consider some procedures:
Never vacuum/blow hard objects such as stones,
bottles, cans or pieces of metal. This type of objects can
damage the fan and harm the user;
To avoid motor damage due to overspeed, do not block
the end of the vacuum/blow tube;
Never put the blower down before the engine has
completely stopped;
Switch the blower off immediately if any of the following
problems occur:
- Lubricant leakage through ventilation holes;
- Damage to the vacuum/blower housing;
- Damage to the "ON/OFF" switch;
- Appearance of smoke or characteristic burning smell.
1. To switch on the vacuum/blower, press the "ON/OFF"
switch (6);
2. To turn off the vacuum/blower, simply release the ON/OFF
switch.
For continuous operation, press the "ON/OFF" switch and
lock-on knob (4). To release the lock-on knob, press the
"ON/OFF" switch.
Before inspecting, performing any maintenance or cleaning
work, unplug the power cord.
The vacuum/ blower does not require any additional
lubrication or maintenance. However, regular cleaning
should be carried out to ensure continuous, trouble-free
operation.
Remove and check carbon brushes regularly. They should
be replaced when they are 6mm or less. Keep the brushes
clean and free.
Always replace both carbon brushes at the same time.
1. Remove the carbon brushes cap;
2. Remove and replace them;
3. Put the cap back on.
Cleaning
After each use, clean all vacuum/blower components.
Clean the power tool with a clean, moist cloth or blow with
low pressure compressed air.
Careful handling protects the power tool and extends its
service life.
The power tool and its ventilation slots must be kept clean.
Clean the ventilation slots regularly or whenever they
become blocked.
Storage
When not in use, store the vacuum/ blower in a dry, clean
place, free of corrosive smoke and out of the reach of
children.
