OPERATING MODE
▶ Open the top cover and fill the coffee maker with cold water to the
required level.
▶ Insert the appropriate amount of ground coffee into the permanent
filter (if applicable) or the paper filter inside the filter basket.
▶ Note: Before using the appliance, make sure that the filter holder is
correctly inserted in the filter basket.
▶ Rotate the diffuser until it points toward the center of the filter
holder.
▶ Close the top cover.
▶ Place the carafe on the heating plate.
▶ Turn on the coffee maker by pressing the ON / OFF switch; the
indicator will light and the appliance will start.
▶ The coffee maker will boil until the water tank is empty, then it will
enter the mode automatically to keep warm (the heating plate will
keep the coffee hot above 75ºC) until the appliance automatically
turns off in 40 minutes.
▶ Unplug the socket.
HOW TO CLEAN THE APPLIANCE
▶ Before cleaning the coffee maker, be sure to unplug the appliance
from the outlet and make sure it is cold.
▶ Do not immerse the power cord, plug, or appliance in wate.
▶ When the coffee maker has completely cooled down, clean the
exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth; do not use aggressive
products.
▶ Clean the permanent filter (if applicable) and other removable
components in hot soapy water, rinse with cold water and dry them
before putting them back in place.
▶ Clean the inside of the jar with a soft brush and hot soapy water.
Rinse it with cold water and dry it before using it again. Note: Do not
wash the jar in the dishwasher.
▶ Clean the appliance at least once every 3 months to maintain
optimum performance.
▶ Store the coffee maker in a dry place where it is not very hot.
