GENERAL APPLIANCE DESCRIPTION
– The microwave oven MF/911 is an appliance designed and constructed to heat, brown
or defrost food products for human consumption contained in suitable containers faster
than traditional ovens.
– According to the type of food product to be processed, the appliance can operate as a
microwave, convection oven, grill or in combo mode (microwave and grill or microwave
and convection).
– The appliance can also be used to process various food products such as, for example,
vegetables (fresh and frozen), fruit, pasta, rice, fish, meat and even sauce, soup, pre-
serves, etc.
– The appliance is used with containers made of suitable material according to the type
of set operating mode (microwave, grill or combo mode) and preferably circular or oval
to homogeneously cook food products.

– The appliance may not be used with metallic containers (steel, aluminium, copper, etc.)
in microwave or combo mode (microwave and grill or microwave and convection). To
identify which features are suitable for containers, see table "Container materials".
– The professional appliance is designed to be installed in catering environments (bars,
pizzerias, restaurants, etc.). Special training is not required. However, users should
have skills and abilities specific to the catering sector.
Any use other than that indicated by the manufacturer is considered IMPROPER.

functions.
A) Control panel: it is equipped with the control devices needed to operate the appliance
(see "Control descriptions").
B) Oven door: it is associated with an interlock device (micro switch ). The cook cycle
stops when the door is opened.
The cook cycle resumes operations from where it left off when the door is closed.
C) Processing chamber: it is equipped with electrical resistances (for grill operating
mode) and a magnetron device (for microwave operating mode) to process food prod-
ucts.
The processing chamber is equipped with a rotating grill (and removable plate (D))
which rotates during microwave or combo operating modes to guarantee even process-
ing.
