Programming procedure (also see figures):
The device opens by inserting a paperclip in the small hole under the brand and pressing in order to unhook the cover. Warning ! Opening of the device causes
the tampering alarm to go off. Insert the batteries and follow the display requests until "waiting for programming": by disarming the control panel one will achieve
"programming OK" and it will be necessary to enter a 5-digit "installer code".
Once in stand-by, press the "tools" icon for two seconds, enter the code, then recall the intrusion areas one by one and write the number and name of the detector
already entered in the control panel, confirming each choice with ↵. The greater number of fields available allows to write the name of the detector unencoded,
without abbreviations like in the control panel.
Warning ! Through a PC, the appropriate Silentron software and the USB connection cable code 5997 (see figures) it is possible to copy the names of the detectors
directly from the control panel, by correcting them subsequently where necessary. To connect the connection cable it is necessary to release the card from the
bottom and still insert the batteries in the appropriate compartments: the operation requires caution and attention to avoid damage to the electronics.

Relay radio receivers activation: through the keypad one can control the 16 relay radio receivers,
which may be activated via telephone from the control panel (locations from 1 to 16), or other
additional ones (from 17 to 99). The receivers must then be enabled to receive the activation from
the keypad: fill out the fields according to the desired function, place the receiver in programming
status, then press ↵ to program each receiver.
Use for home-automation activations only: if the keypad is used without a control panel, only for
home-automation activations, it is necessary to press the calibration button when the "waiting for
programming" text appears; at this point the screenshot with HOME-AUTOMATION CODE (factory
00000, to change) appears. It must be different on nearby systems (within radio range between
them) in order to avoid undesired activation, and the same goes for eventual other keypads of the
same system.
Calibration button (reset): if kept pressed when introducing a battery, it erases all programming.
If pressed with the powered keypad and the system disarmed, it is useful to calibrate the display,
in case the images should not be centered: press "reset" and touch the x's on the screen with a
sharp object.
