To check your data connection settings:
• Enabling Data Connection
Go to Settings > More > Cellular networks > SIM 1
or SIM 2 > Access Point Names, then enable the access

To activate Mobile data, drag the notification panel
downward with two fingers and enable data connection

data connection in Settings > SIM cards > Preferred

SIM for Cellular data, then press on the SIM card you
want to activate.
When you activate Data Connection for one SIM card,
the 3G network can only be activated for this SIM card.

Note that for roaming SIM cards, you must enable the data
Data Roaming
roaming in the Settings > More > Cellular networks >
Data Roaming. Otherwise, the internet connection will be
disabled by default.
