If extension cord is used to power the Warming Pad, a grounded cord rated for outdoor use is
recommended. Failure to follow this warning can cause overheating or fire resulting in property damage
or personal injury

Do not use with any power supply other than the one provided or if power supply is broken or damaged.

Do not expose power supply to water. Failure to follow this caution may cause premature heater failure
and loss of function

Do not heat any flammable liquid or flammable object with the Warming Pad. Failure to follow this

Do not tamper with or modify this Warming Pad in any way. Failure to follow this caution may cause
premature heater failure and loss of function

If moisture is present, it is recommended to disconnect power before handling the Warming Pad to
prevent possible electrical shock
Note: The Warming Pad temperature will be between 90 - 130 F (32C – 54C) depending on ambient
temperature and where its used.
WARMING PAD USE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Insert barrel plug of the power supply or 12VDC vehicle adapter into the barrel plug of the Warming Pad.
2. Plug into outlet for use with power supply or 12VDC vehicle port for use with 12VDC vehicle adapter.
