Calibrate the probe as indicated in paragraph 2.4 "Calibration"*. Use only the
central adjustment button displaying the value on the "Measuring" tab.
Remark: The sensor display is inactive when used in connected mode.
* Remark: Of course it is not necessary to perform the calibration sequence
each time the software is launched.
