TROUBLE SHOOTING CHECK LIST
Before asking for a technical assistance service, please follow this list to try to solve most common problems:
PROBLEM
The machine does not work

Lack of power
Plug disconnected
Master switch "0/I" on position "0"
Safety fuse burnt
Any of the above points
Heating element not correctly working
Thermostat not calibrated
Thermostat faulty or not working
Door open
Cold room under 17/18°C
Egg-turner motor broken
Fan not working

The fan speed regulator does not work
Automatic humidity does not work
properly:
1. broken humidifier
2. plug not inserted
3. hygrostat out of calibration

SOLUTION
Check the plug
Put the plug into the socket
Position the switch on "I"
Replace the fuse
Contact the assistance service
Contact the manufacturer
See instruction for calibration
Contact the manufacturer
Close the door
Place the incubator into a warmer room
Contact the manufacturer
Contact the manufacturer
Place the switch on "I" position
Replace the lamp as shown
in the instructions
Try to put the thermometer at low
temperature (in a freezer) for few
minutes, and then allow to return
to room temperature.
Otherwise replace the thermometer
Contact the manufacturer
Regarding the point 1.4. contact
the builder;
for the point 2. Insert the plug;
for the point 3. see the paragraph
lcd unit control hygrostat set-up;
for the point 5. check the correct
water system lacing or the
possible lack of water;
-Fill water
-Check the fall down water from
external water to the internal basin
- check the water level setted
from the float
-Check the float
-Clean the float putting a solution of
water 70% + white vinegar 30% inside
the water basin for 2/3 hours.
