LOCATING THE CANISTER FOR BELOW GRADE
INSTALLATION
The EDC canister can be installed below grade. The minimum hole footprint is
24" x 24". The hold depth varies for per your requirements. Backfi ll the hole after
plumbing; be sure to compact the soil around the canister to ensure stability.

INSTALLING THE EDC AT GRADE
Set the canister at the desired position on the pad. Then anchor with appropriate
hardware using the three mounting feet. Failure to anchor the canister puts
undue stress on glue joints when removing the lid. Over time this can result
in leaks. Also, anchoring the canister reduces vibration and aids in quieter
operation of the equipment.
