9. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
CAUTION!
Before any work is carried out on the inside of the air curtain, the main power supply must be disconnected. Let the air
curtain cool!
It is prohibited to use compressed air, aggressive chemicals, solvents or water for cleaning.
•
Clean with a damp cloth, soft broom or vacuum cleaner.
•
Clean the surface of the air curtain including the suction part.
•
Clean as needed, but if possible at least once every 3 months.
•
Ensure occupational safety and use protective equipment.
•
10. POST-SALE
10.1 TROUBLESHOOTING
If you are unable to solve the problem, contact the supplier or your installer. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided by the
supplier or by one of the authorised services.
Please provide the following information to the supplier or service centre:
•
Item number of the air curtain,
•
Accessory used,
•
Place of installation,
•
Serial number,
•
Installation conditions (including electrical conditions),
•
Operating time,
•
Detailed description of the problem.
10.2 DEACTIVATION OF THE PRODUCT
Even end-of-life products contain reusable materials. Transport this type of material to the secondary material collection centre.
The landfill must comply with the national rules in force.
