Do not allow the cord to come into contact with the

soleplate when it is hot.

appliance, when you fill or empty the water tank and also
when you leave the iron even for a short while: set the steam
control to position 0, put the iron on its heel and remove the
mains plug from the wall socket.
FIRST USE
• Clean the soleplate with a damp cloth.
• Fill the water tank through the filler opening (6). Help yourself with a container filling. If possible,
use distilled water or tap water to clear the water hardness 2. If your water has higher grades, use
only distilled water.
• Water battery water from the clothes dryer and water with additives (such as starch, perfume,
fabric softeners and other chemicals) should not fill in the water tank. The device will be

outlet openings, could dirty clothes ready for ironing.
