Lid, basket
• Open the lid and remove the oil container by its handle. Be
careful if there is still oil in the glass container .
• Remove the oil from the container and fill it in a suitable
container.
• The basket and the lid can be washed in warm soapy water or
wash in the dishwasher. Dry the parts thoroughly after you have
been flushed.
Oil reservoir, housing
• The oil reservoir and the housing (without heating element!)
Can be washed in warm soapy water, but not in the
dishwasher. These parts must be thoroughly dried.
► To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the heater
assembly, the cord or the plug in water or other liquid.
• After cleaning, put the unit back together. Make sure that the
heating element and the oil tanks are properly secured,
otherwise the unit is not working properly.
• Make sure that the oil tank and the lid are completely dry before
using the device. The easiest way to properly dry the cover is
shown on the picture below.
