TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE
Bottle leaks during
carbonation
Water is not very
carbonated/bubbly
CO Cylinder leaks after

Small, white ice particles
form around the nozzle
during carbonation
Unit makes a whistling
noise during carbonation
PROBABLE CAUSE
Bottle is overfilled
Carbonating button is
pressed too long
CO Cylinder is running

Water is too warm
CO Cylinder is not

screwed in tight
CO Cylinder is not

screwed in tight
This is normal, especially
when the water is cold
This is normal and ends
once carbonation is
completed
SOLUTION
Fill the bottle with water
up to the fill line indicat-
ing the maximum level
Do not press the carbonat-
ing button for longer than
1–2 seconds at a time
Replace the used CO
2
Cylinder with a new one
Make sure the water used
is as cold as possible CO
dissolves better in cold
water
Screw the CO Cylinder
2
tightly into the unit
Remove the CO Cylinder
2
and reattach it securely.
Do it by hand, do not use
tools.
