HOW TO USE
1. Wash the fruits and vegetables well.
2. Peel the fruits such as carrots, oranges, lemons, mandarins, mangos, kiwis, melons and pineapples.
3. Remove the cores of e.g. apples. Remove the seeds from cherries, prunes, apricots, peaches, etc. Tiny seeds such as
those found in kiwi fruit and strawberries may be ignored.
4. Remove white pith (inner skin) from citrus fruit, otherwise the juice may be bitter.
5. Cut the fruits or vegetables into pieces which will pass through the food chute without having to be forced.
6. Roll up the leaves of leaf vegetables (e.g. cabbage and spinach) and herbs tightly together.
7. Ensure the juice extractor is fully and correctly assembled; plug it into the power outlet.
8. Turn on the switch button and the unit will start working. Insert the fruits or vegetables into the feed hole. Put in a
whole apple, long size fruit or vegetable inside through the feedhole, push them down gently using the fruit pusher. Do
not use sugar cane.
9. Make sure to keep the diameter of fruits under 47mm, otherwise the fruit will stock inside the feed chute.
10. Empty the pulp container when it is full.
11. Keep a close watch on both the pulp and the juice containers. Do not let them overfill. If this happens, first switch the
appliance off, then remove and empty these parts.
12. In order to get more juice; don't press the pusher speedily. The extracting rate will be higher if you press down the
fruits/vegetables slowly.
13. In order to have a best juice extracting for each time, the filter net should be cleaned up carefully after using.
TIPS
Observe the freshness rule: Buy fresh, extract fresh, and drink fresh.
1. Fruit and vegetable juice contains valuable vitamins and minerals, which quickly deteriorate when they come into
contact with oxygen and light.
2. Drink juice fresh immediately after it has been extracted.
3. Apple juice may turn brown quickly. Adding a few drops of lemon juice will slow this down.
4. You can make use of the pulp which falls into the container in other dishes (Jams, compotes, etc.).
5. You are advised to remove excess leaves, stalks, stems, fern etc. before preparing your juice.
6. When extracting the juice from very ripe fruit, the resulting liquid may be quite thick. In such cases it is necessary to
process more slowly so that the juice can run‐off more readily and thus avoids possible blockages.
