Avoid to store the unit before the
heating element doesn't cool down, it's
dangerous to store the hot unit.
During the fi rst few minutes of operation,
the fan heater may give off a slight smell.
This is normal and will soon pass.
Safety devices
The fan heater has a built-in thermal safety
device which automatically switches the
fan off if it overheats. The fan can only be
switched back on once it has cooled.
Cleaning
Wipe the fan heater regularly with a well-
wrung cloth, and always keep the exhaust
grille and intake grille free of dirt.
Never use corrosive or abrasive detergents,
as they may aff ect the plastic parts on the fan
heater.
