3/4-10 BOLT
Intercept Yoke Mount
Fixture Installation:
1.
Attach yoke and horizontal protractor to mounting
surface (as shown in Fig. 3), using 1 1/8" wrench
socket, with supplied hardware: 3/4-10 bolt, (2) 3/4"
flat washers, and 3/4-10 nut. Note: Make sure the
horizontal protractor is on top of mounting surface with
3/4" flat washer and 3/4-10 nut underneath mounting
surface. Note: Install bearing block square to the yoke
(as shown in Fig. 4) and with the indented, rounded
corners side down.
2.
Adjust fixture to desired horizontal setting using
horizontal protractor. Then, position 3/4-10 nut on the
bolt and hold the bolt stationary while torquing the nut.
Torque 3/4-10 nut to approx. 300 ft-lbs.
3.
Adjust fixture to desired vertical setting using
vertical protractors and attach provided power cord.
(See Fig. 5)
4. Once fixture is positioned, tighten 5/16-18 bolts to
12.5 ft-lbs and 1/2-13 bolts to 60 ft-lbs on both sides of
fixture. (See Fig. 5)
