USING YOUR MIXER
1. Remove all packing material and please check carefully, making sure that your
Mixer is in good condition. It must have no breakage on the unit and no
damage on the cord/plug.
2. You must confirm that the voltage indicated on the Mixer corresponds with the
voltage in your home.
3. Check that the accessories are complete and the unit is not damaged. Then
cleaning the dough hooks and beaters.
4. Assemble proper beaters or dough hooks into mixer. Select the desired
attachments, which are depending on the mixing task to be performed:
beaters for whisking, mixing and beating egg, and dough hooks for kneading
flour
Note: Beaters can be inserted in either socket, as the beaters are identical. For
dough hooks, the one with washer can only be inserted into the big socket and the
other one can only be inserted into small socket. The two dough hooks cannot be
inserted in reverse.
TO USE YOUR MIXER
1. Plug the power outlet and then press the ON/OFF button, the LED will display
"5" (see control panel). It is the default setting to start the appliance
2. During operation, press the speed select button to set your desired setting.
There are 8 settings and the speed will achieve the highest speed if the turbo
button is depressed at any time.
Warning: Do not place knife, metal spoon, fork and so on into bowl when
operating.
3. The max operation time per time shall not exceed 3 minutes and only wait until
the unit is cooled to room temperature before performing next operation cycles.
When kneading yeast dough, we suggest that the speed selector should be at
low speed firstly and then use high speed to achieve the best results.
Note: During operation you may turn bowl with hand to achieve the best results.
4. When mixing is completed, press the ON/OFF button again to stop operating,
