Before use Before using the smartphone for the first time, refer to the user's man-
ual and other documents enclosed. Smartphone is to be used in compliance with
its purposes only. Should smartphone be used by children, the children ought to be
familiar with the user's manual and make sure they use it properly. Manufacturer
shall not be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use. Manufac-
turer shall not be held responsible for legal effects of user's illegal distribution of
material protected by copyrights. Manufacturer shall be held responsible for mate-
rial defects of the product. Software errors resulting from improper use, lack of
hardware or software maintenance may constitute a basis for refusing to accept a
complaint. User is obliged to maintain the product in good shape. A lack of upkeep
of the product may result in shortening it's lifespan or damage. Abide by the rules
of proper use of smartphone and accessories (charger, battery, cables). Do not
plug in the device to other devices without prior reading the user's manual. User is
responsible for defects and damage resulting from improper use, as well as from
plugging in other devices which are not dedicated for the device.
Do not use the device while charging due to a possibility of damaging the power
socket or charger plug. Damages of power sockets or charger plugs resulting from
improper use shall not constitute a basis for accepting a complaint. Using improper
or damaged chargers, accessories or cables may result in permanent damage and
may constitute a basis for refusing to accept a complaint. Producer cannot guaran-
tee proper operating of the device which sustained an accident or is damaged and
has visible signs of tumble/stroke, because the device may show defects being a
result of these events. The most frequent signs of defects being a result of chance
events may be: deformation and unsealed chassis, system crash, slow operat-
ing, restarting, disabled functions, e.g. touch panel, automatic switching off, etc.
Damage resulting from improper use or chance events such as strokes, tumbles,
moisture, fire, overvoltage on the mains and other not being a producer's fault may
constitute a basis for refusing to accept a complaint. According to the binding ISO
standards for devices equipped with LED displays, 3 pixels on the display may be
faulty. Technologies used in the production of display for the device admit uneven
backlight, various angles of vision and discolouring. Battery parameters and battery
life which is a consumable and depend on the manner and conditions of its use.
Claims on the battery parameters and battery life shall be adjusted within 6 months
from the day of purchase, earphones, cables and charger 3 months. After that, due
to operational conditions, operating parameters may change significantly.
Safety. Use and keep your device at temperature from -5°C to 35°C. Prevent your
device from being exposed directly to sunlight for a long time. Do not use the dam-
aged device, charger and other accessories. Do not unplug the charger, taking
care not to pull on the cable. Do not bend or damage the cable, the plug and
the power supply socket. Do not modify the power supply cable and the power
supply socket. Do not use the device while it is charging as it may damage the
socket or the power supply cable. Do not touch the device and the charger with wet
hands/ objects. Do not drop or cause an impact to the charger or the device. Never
place the device on unsteady surface. In case of falling, it can be damaged. Use

in very hot or very cold areas. Do not use the device when the device screen or the
touch panel is damaged. Do not allow children to use your device without making
them acquainted with the user's manual. Use caution when using the device while
walking or moving in order to prevent the device from falling. The fall or impact can
cause the device's damages. Repairs and modifications of the device, the charger
and accessories can be done only by qualified service of the producer. Handle
SIM cards or memory cards with care. Do not remove a card while the device
is transferring or accessing information, as this could result in loss of data and/
or damage to the card or device. Any damages of the touch panel (e.g. cracks
or scratches) may lead to improper functioning of the device. Such damages are
results of improper use and will not be included in the producer's warranty. Wiped
out inscriptions and scratches on the case result from the standard use and are not
the basis of complaints.
Maintenance. Contamination is to be removed with kitchen rolls or a cloth for elec-
tronic devices with LCD. Do not use chemicals or any detergents. Prevent your
device from overheating. Do not drop/deform your device or cause impacts to your
device. Install applications which are compatible with software, technical param-
eters of the device and available storage for the application information. Always
