Dear Customer,
Thank you for buying one of our products. Before using your appliance, please read the following
instructions carefully. We recommend you to keep this manual for future reference.
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
1. Remove all the packaging material and make sure that the appliance is in good condition. If you
have any doubt, do not use the appliance and contact our After-Sales Service. Keep the packaging
material (staples, nylon bags, etc.) out of the reach of children. Before turning the electric radiator
on, check that the voltage and frequency of the power socket are compatible with those indicated in
the product technical plate.
2. This appliance must be connected to an approved mains socket that complies with the safety
regulations on electrical systems for civil purposes. The electrical system must be specific for the
appliance rated voltage and must be equipped with an earth cable.
3. This equipment should not be operated without monitoring.
4. Never cover the appliance, as this could cause risk of overheating.
5. Do not introduce objects into the appliance.
6. The appliance must be used only for its intended use, that is, as a heater for domestic heating. Any
use other than its intended purpose shall be deemed to be improper and hazardous.
7. The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for damages derived from misuse of this appliance.
8. To use this appliance in total safety implies observing some basic safety measures, such as: never use
the appliance with wet hands or feet, never expose the appliance to moisture or water, never leave
the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents, never disconnect the plug by pulling the power cord or
the appliance itself.
9. Always place the electric radiator on a flat and even surface.
10. When the appliance is not used and before any maintenance operations, disconnect the plug from the
mains socket.
11. The appliance has dangerous components that must be kept out of the reach of children.
12. Never place the electric radiator in bathrooms or close to showers, bathtubs or swimming pools.
13. The power cord must never be in contact with the hot surfaces of the electric radiator.
14. The electric radiator must be positioned vertically in relation to the floor, at a minimum distance of
90 cm away from the wall and from any other furnishing object (plants, curtains, furniture, etc.).
15. Never use this device near curtains, inflammable material, furniture, etc.
16. Do not place the appliance near inflammable substances. To prevent potential risks of fire, never use
the appliance on soft surfaces such as beds, where openings can be obstructed.
17. Do not place the appliance directly below a power socket.
18. Do not lay the power cord under a carpet. Do not cover the power cord with a cover or similar
elements. Pay attention not to place the power cable where it is likely to get into people's way.
19. In order to unplug the appliance, select OFF and disconnect the plug from the power socket.
20. Never insert external objects in the ventilation and air intakes; as this could cause risk of fire, electric
shock or damage to the appliance.
21. Never use the appliance with a programmer, timer or any other similar device that switches on the
heating appliance automatically, since there is a risk of fire if the appliance is covered or incorrectly
positioned.
