MAKING CAPPUCCINO / FORTHING MILK
A classic cappuccino is made from espresso (about 20 ml) in a 150 ml cup, which
is then filled with frothed hot milk.
1. Press
The appliance will be automatically turned off if no button is pressed within
25 minutes.

3. Wait until the steam indicator light stops flashing, indicating that the steam
preheating is finished.
In the meantime, fill a jug with about 100 ml of milk for each cappuccino to
be prepared.
The milk must be at refrigerator temperature (not hot).
When choosing the size of the jug, bear in mind that the milk doubles or
triples in volume.
4. Position the jug containing the milk under the steam tube.
5. Dip the steam tube with frothing nozzle in the milk by about 5 mm and
slowly turn the steam knob anticlockwise.
