1. When no paper is in the throat, the shredder will be always cut o , and will not be turned on by
pressing any switch on the panel except the ON/OFF switch. Potential injuries can be prevented.
2. When inserting paper into the slot, the shredder will be turned on automatically, no need to
press the ON/OFF switch at the back of the shredder again.
3. Plug into a power of 230V/50Hz, and press the power switch: the green power light (
light 'POWER' will illuminate, the shredder will be in standby for 5 seconds, when shredding is
nished, the shredder will be turned o automatically, power consumption is almost zero.
4. When paper is jammed, the paper can be cleared automatically by pressing REV/FWD switch to
turn on the shredder to clear the jammes paper.
